Advance Eco Resource Management

Advance Eco Resource Management (AERM), is engaged in providing Hazardous Waste Management Solutions. We are specialized in managing Incinerable Hazardous waste and also Incinerable Other waste which are specified by the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board.

Hazardous industrial waste (HIW) can be harmful to human beings and the environment. HIW includes used oils, solvents, paint, batteries, soiled packaging, aerosols, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, phytosanitary products, and industrial sludge. Because they contain materials that pollute the air, water and soil special collecting and treatment processes are used for HIW.

We are located in Bangalore and are approved by the Karnataka State Pollution control Board for managing hazardous Incinerable waste and other wastes.

Process

Pre-processing of hazardous & other waste

Pre-processing:

Preprocessing is the concept of converting a wide variety of waste materials into a homogeneous mix of defined characteristics to make it suitable for co-processing in cement kilns.

We are engaged in pre-processing of waste both hazardous & other wastes. Preprocessing is a process where the waste is segregated based on form (physical), Chemical characteristics, Reactivity, and Compatibility. Based on the parameters the wastes are blended to get a homogeneous mix of AFR (Alternate Fuel Resource) feed, which turn are rate into co-processing in Cement kilns.

Infrastructure
  • 40,000 square feet of the fully covered shed with impervious flooring for storage and processing and we have the capacity to process up to 2000MT/Month.
  • Special trucks GPS enabled Authorized by KSPCB with trained drivers.
  • We have State of the Act machinery for processing.
  • We have a fully equipped laboratory with a qualified chemist for the characterization and analysis of the wastes.

EHS

We have full-time Qualified EMR (Environment Management Responsibility) conducting Training for all levels of staff as EHS Training, Fire fighting & Safety.

Research and Development

We are involved in continuous Improvement of the process so as to develop new technologies to convert waste into wealth.
